Refund and Returns Policy

Cancellation

  • Any cancellations of the order shall be made before the order is sent for shipping, to claim refund of the paid amount. No refund shall be made once the product is being shipped.
  • Cancellation of order shall be made by mail with Subject:” Cancellation Request” and sent to info@haybite.com

E-Mail shall contain following details:-

  1. Order ID:
  2. Cancellation Reason:
  3. Cancellation shall be initiated the formal order cancellation request is received at info@haybite.com . And amount will be credited in the same account from where it’s deducted within 7 to 10 days.
  4. In case of Cancellation, bank transaction charge will be applicable and paid by customer.

Refund Policy:

Unique agro foods provides refunds for transactions only in the following circumstances:
a. Duplicate payment made by the same user
b. Payment made for an incorrect account
c. Payment made for a service not rendered

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

In case of payment made via credit/debit card, refunds will be credited back to the same account.

Refunds for transactions made via net banking or UPI will be made to the user’s bank account.

Unique agro foods reserves the right to refuse refund requests if the transaction is found to be fraudulent or if the user violates the terms and conditions of the service.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: info@haybite.com .

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
